When Daddy comes Home

We have some seriously happy kids when Daddy comes home at the end of the end of the day.
Shayla and Joseph looking for daddy.
Happy boy to see daddy!
Daddy loves to BBQ because it's tasty and helpful to me.
This little guy should of been the big brother really soon.
How I wish daddy was helping because I was about to have a baby, instead he helps because I am sad my sweet boy is in Heaven.

Jonathan you will be forever missed.

My soul will be satisfied as with fat and rich food, and my mouth will praise you with joyful lips, when I remember you upon my bed, and meditate on you in the watches of the night; for you have been my help, and in the shadow of your wings I will sing for joy.
~Psalms 63:5-7

I love this!
We have always made a big deal when dad comes home! Run and jump on him at the door! One day he came home and we were all busy...later he told me he really likes when we are excited at the door...even if it's forced! I couldn't help but smile! Dad's just want to be special!

Your children are beautiful...those eyes just draw you in!
Again, I am so sorry for your loss. I have been there through miscarriage and I know how hard your "due date" can be. Keeping you in my prayers as the date draws near.
Keep up the God work.

I hear and feel the sadness. Know I am praying, dear Tesha. Beautiful photos.

Mine are so happy too, when Daddy walks through that door at 7PM. I'm sure he feels like a million bucks when showered with all that admiration. I am so thankful for him.

Remember, Joseph still is a big brother. I explained to Tia about our "first born" and now I hear her refer to him as her "big brother". She knows she will see him in Heaven.

I hurt for you...I wish our boys were here to bring the JOY that only babies can bring.

Tesha,
Your photos are beautiful, I love how you share your family. The months, weeks & days leading up to Lily's due date was pure torture. I'm sure you must agree. I thought the pain would ease a little after but it didn't...I would then replay the loss and what should have been. I found that after Lily's first birthday so many "first" were behind us. I wish you those days of when you feel a sense of relief. It's not huge but enough to feel a little lighter some days. Much love to you ♥

What a special husband who shelters you so effectively. The love of God shows so clearly through his own love for you and your family.

Hi Tesha!!

I tried to find your email, but couldn't. Twins were a TOTAL surprise. They do not run in our family, nor were we on any medicine. About 2 months after losing Cole we found out we were pregnant. They couldn't find a heartbeat at our first ultrasound so they had us come back 2 weeks later. When they did the ultrasound, the doctor who was with us after losing Cole looked incredulously at us in complete shock and said, "Are you ready for this?!?" and turned the screen to show us we were pregnant with twins. The very first thing out of my husbands mouth was, "How could you not believe in God after this?" We found out on the day we would have entered our third trimester with Cole.

I'm slightly jealous you live in SoCal. I love it there :-)
You never ever forget those dates. I'm reminded every time I look in my sweet baby's face what im missing and how I spent two years waiting on her after a miscarriage and the loss of Ryan. It's hard. I'm also reminded of His faithfulness.
You are in my prayers sweet lady:-)
Your kids are beautiful!!!
